HERS is an in depth aesthetic finance tracker to give you an overview of where your finances are going and how your savings are doing. It supports two jobs and displays detailed information, such as how much of your pay per hour goes towards your expenses and what % of your gross and net pay things cost.

How to use.
- Click Finances [Empty] and duplicate the page using the icon in the top right corner.
- Update the job details by clicking the ‘Update Job One’ or ‘Update Job Two’ button. Only have one job? No problem! Feel free to delete the button and mentions of the second job from the databases.
- NOTE the calculations for all the J1 priorities only look at the J1 wage APART FROM the % of net and gross which looks at the overall. The same concept applies for J2.
- If you input your hours worked per week you will get an hourly breakdown of your expenses and pay. If you input the amount of days worked per week you will get the same breakdowns for your daily earnings. If you are contracted for a set amount of hours but not days I recommend either adding your average days worked a week for more stats or removing the daily columns from the databases.
- To add a new expense click the ‘New Expense’ button. To edit your previously created expenses click the ‘Edit Expenses’ button.
- NOTE if you add an expense to the root table you might not get the daily and hourly data, to fix this find the ‘Impacting Job’ property and add your two jobs.
- To add to your savings accounts click the ‘Saving Change’ button. To add new accounts and pots do so by clicking into the property, typing the new item and clicking create in [database]. Click this new item again to open it and fill in the editable properties.
- Make sure to update the manual parts of the page! Including the saving goal, take home figure, 50-30-20 figures, payday totals and payday dates.
- The homepage is designed to be locked with all changes being made via centre peeks and buttons.
- The database access shouldn’t be needed but if you’d like to peak behind the curtain these can be found by clicking the database page at the bottom of the spread.
- Click Finances [Example] to see how this tracker looks with data inputted.
